Do you take vitamins?

I do, and the reason is that I'm not getting any younger, and I don't eat the perfect foods everytime. I need supplements for nutrients that I lack. And so I vow to make it a habit to drink them everyday. What I drink are multi vitamins, calcium, and fish oil tablet. I would like to add gingko to sharpen my memory as well. We need extra effort to take care of our minds and bodies as we age.
