So the refund was applied today from the first merchant. This magically appeared after I followed up from their 1888 number. So, hardwork, diligence and following up work. Now, I have to pin down that ticket broker who sold me that bogus ticket. I emailed him about their policy, and he replied back and referred me to his supervisor. I love my being assertive! I am actually starting to feel scared of myself and what I can do. I no longer let anyone tell me what I believe is right is not. The only thing I did wrong is being trusting, but too much trusting is really being stupid. I'll update on my next post what happens here...but I'm confident they will realize their mistakes, if not I can easily file a dispute with my CC.
